Arrays printed on GenoramaTM slides have low autofluorescence, uniform spot  morphology and a high signal to noise ratio.  
The substrates could be glass slides, plastic slides or membranes. Appropriate printing substrate with specific surface chemistries could be selected by the customer. For the DNA-based applications we recommend using Genorama® aminosilane (SA) or enhanced-aminosilane (SAL) coated glass slides. We also have a the SAL Ultra slide available, which uses the exact same chemistry, as the SAL, only the slide substrate is of higher quality level with optically flat surface.
