Genorama® Genotyping Software™

Genorama® Genotyping PlatformTM is accompanied by specially designed and fully optimized Genorama® Genotyping SoftwareTM that allows users to simultaneously extract genotypes from four images. The images can be analyzed by sample (one set of four images corresponding to the sample) or by genetic marker (one particular position from each set of images through all the samples to be analyzed).

APEX-based microarray image analysis has been made very easy for the users. There is no need to measure signal intensities; once the signal has been detected, the software recognizes it as a genotype.  Due to default settings the process is fully automated. At the same time numerous settings can be customized according to need.
