Customer support team at Genorama will assist you through the installation, training and in case any technical questions. Our tech support people have extensive experience in working with the Genorama® QuattroImagerTM and using the APEX technology in everyday laboratory work. Initial training will be completed on site to familiarize users with the technology and ensure that the complete system is working well in customer’s laboratory environment. Every question or problem will be taken care very carefully and appropriate actions worked out quickly. Genorama values the time of its customers and ensures that Genorama platform serves its users well.
